Attorney David Moule of Eugene, OR; ethical troll

The state of Oregon provided David Moule with a law license in 2010 after she graduated from the University of Oregon Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Davie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in egregious conflict of interest in representing grower of marijuana
• Engaged in negligent conduct
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Davie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2018) Davie practices with Moule & Frank at259 East 5^th Avenue in Eugene, Oregon.
