Attorney Mike Nesheiwat of Lake Oswego, OR; cheating loser

The state of Oregon provided Mike Joseph Nesheiwat with a law license in 2003 after she graduated from the University of Oregon Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Charged or collected an illegal or clearly excessive fee (cheater)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to maintain accurate time records and merely guessed at time spent representing a client in a patent case
• Misconduct motivated by personal interests

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2018) Mike practices in Lake Oswego, Oregon.
