Attorney Andrew Stunich III of Eureka, CA; gun toting convict

The state of California presented Andrew Joseph Stunich III with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from Empire College School of Law in Santa Rosa. Empire is a 4th tier school dedicated to serving losers that couldn’t get accepted into mainstream schools like UCLA, UC Davis, USC or the University of San Francisco.

The California State Bar Court found Andy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Criminally charged with one count of carrying a loaded firearm in a public building
• Charged with one count of carrying a loaded firearm in the City of Eureka
• Pled no contest (guilty in effect) to carry loaded firmed in Eureka

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary reproval.

As we speak (ca. July 2018), Andy practices with the Law Offices of Stunich at 2701 Harrison Avenue in Eureka, California.
