Attorney Brent Wasserstein of Houston; serial offender

The state of Texas presented Brent Marshall Wasserstein with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from California Western University Law School..

The District 4 Grievance Committee found Brent guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Commingled client funds with personal funds

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Brent’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received two (2) complimentary stayed suspensions of his law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Brent by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Brent.

As we speak (ca. September 2018), Brent practices with the Law Offices of Brent M. Wasserstein in Houston at 9898 Bissonnet Street in Houston, Texas.
