Attorney David Castillo of Harlingen, TX; liar, cheat, serial offender

The state of Texas presented David Castillo with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the University of Houston Law School.

The District 10 Grievance Committee found Davey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to hold a client’s funds in a trust account 
• Failed to return the unearned portion of a fee (cheater)
• Misrepresented (lied) about facts related to his trust account
• Violated terms of a prior disciplinary judgment

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Davey’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received two (2) complimentary stayed suspensions of his law license and one (1) complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2018), Davey practices with at 709 North 77 Sunshine Strip in Harlingen, Texas.
