Attorney Pam Crowder-Archibald of Phoenix; ethical goblin

The state of Arizona presented Pam Crowder-Archibald with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Arizona State University Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Pam guilty of the following misconduct

  • Failed to pay medical lien on client’s behalf from settlement funds
  • Pocketed funds that were meant to be paid to client’s medical providers
  • Failed to fully with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Pam!)
  • Misconduct involved selfish or dishonest motive
  • Intentionally failed to comply with orders of disciplinary agency (Up yours, said Pam!)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Pam by gifting her with a complimentary 90-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2018), Pam practices is with the Law Office of Pam Crowder-Archibald at 40 North Central Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona.
