Attorney Aaron Smeal of Omaha; repeat offender

The state of Iowa presented Aaron F. Smeal with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from Creighton University Law School.

The Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Board found Aaron guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to timely file client’s response to pending support modification matter

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Aaron’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Tree. He previously received a complimentary admonition for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Iowa Supreme Court punished Aaron by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2018), Aaron practices with Smith, Gardner, Slusky, Lazer, Pohren & Rogers, LLP at 8712 West Dodge Road in Omaha, Nebraska.
