Attorney Marc Casey of Dyersville, IA; ethical troll
The state of Iowa presented Marc William Casey with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from the University of Iowa Law School.
The Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Board found Marc guilty of the following misconduct.

Neglected legal matter entrusted to him

Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Marc!)

Intentionally failed to seek client’s lawful objectives

Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law

Failed to promptly deliver funds owing to client and/or third parties

Concealed or knowingly failed to disclose that which he is required by law to reveal

Knowingly made a false statement of law or fact

Counseled or assisted a client in conduct that he knew to be illegal or fraudulent

Knowingly engaged in other illegal conduct or conduct contrary to a disciplinary rule

Neglected personal injury and estate cases

Made misrepresentations [lied] to the court and department

Prematurely took probate fees
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Iowa Supreme Court punished Marc by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. December 2018) Marc practices with Locher & Davis PLC at 225 First Avenue East in Dyersville, Iowa.
