Attorney Erica Scavone of Edison, NJ; drunken scammer

The state of New Jersey presented Erica Marie Scavone with a law license in 2013 after she graduated from Rutgers University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Erica guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Erica found it accepted to fake mileage reports that she submitted to her Princeton law firm to hide a charge of driving while intoxicated (DUI). Erica had been at her job at Bright & Sponder less than a year when she got a drunk driving ticket while out with friend.

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Erica by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. May 2018), Erica practices at 2053 Woodbridge Avenue in Edison, New Jersey.
