• Failed to set forth in writing basis for legal fee
• Failed to inform client about critical events in her case

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Sebastian by gifting him with a complimentary admonition. 

Sebastian’s 3^rd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Utilized misleading attorney letterhead
• Engaged in recordkeeping violations
• Improperly used rubber stamp to sign trust account checks

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Sebastian by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
