Attorney Andrew Carroll of Hammonton, NJ; ethical troll

The state of New Jersey presented Andrew Michael Carroll with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from Seton Hall University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Andy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in improper sexual relationship with a client assigned to him by the Public Defender’s Office

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

In truth, the taxpayers of New Jersey were paying Andy to screw a criminal client that was assigned to him by the State. Isn’t New Jersey a wonderful country?
