Attorney Daniel Morse of Milwaukee; convicted thief

The state of Wisconsin presented Daniel W. Morse with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from South Texas University Law School.

In one matter, Danny was charged with five (5) felonies involving his conduct in transferring money from a Dodge County estate of Mary Gass to his personal and business accounts. At the time, Danny was the personal representative and attorney for the estate. (Bruce Vielmetti and Cary Spivak)

Subsequently, Danny pled guilty to three misdemeanor counts of theft in a business setting after the state agreed to dismiss the felonies.

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Danny the Convict from the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. May 2018), Jeremiah practices with the Morse Law Office Ltd. at 735 North Water Street in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
