The state of California provided Bobby with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from the University of California Hastings Law School.

FYI: Bobby is another in a long list of loser attorneys that decided to go into politics after learning how difficult it was to earn a dishonest living practicing law. Therefore, he decided to go into the second most ethical profession (used car salesman No. 1), politics.

In November 2014, Bobby duped the voters in the greater Burbank area into electing him as a member of the California State Senate.

In one matter,the California Senate Rules committee reprimanded Sen. Bob Hertzberg and told him to stop initiating his trademark hugs after an investigation determined that his behavior made two female legislators and a male sergeant-at-arms uncomfortable.

The Rules Committee went on to tell Bobby:

• “You cannot solve the problem by asking someone if a hug is unwelcome or welcome because a person may not feel comfortable telling you it is unwelcome."  
• "Any further similar behavior will result in the Rules Committee recommending more severe discipline.”

As we speak (ca. May 2018) Bobby continues to sit as a member of the California State Senate.
