In one matter, Jimmy was accused of making unwanted verbal advances on a female courier in the Capitol.

As one would suspect, the enablers for public official misfits at the Kentucky Ethics Commission voted to dismiss an ethics complaint against Jimmy.

As we speak (ca. May 2018) Jimmy continues to sit as a member of the Colorado House of Representatives in Frankfort, Kentucky.
