Attorney Arthur Cummins Jr. of Salem, OR; ethical elf

The state of Oregon provided Arthur B. Cummins Jr. with a law license in 1966 after he graduated from Williamette University Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Artie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to advise gym manager he was a lawyer and that he was representing a client that was suing the gym
• Failed to maintain personal integrity
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Artie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. August 2018) Artie practices with A B Cummins Jr. PC at 494 State Street in Salem, Oregon.
