The State of South Carolina presented John W. Bledsoe III with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School.

 

Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Johnny’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to safeguard client funds
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

 

Johnny’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
