Attorney Joseph Ginn III of North Charleston, SC; moron, slacker

The State of South Carolina presented Joseph W. Ginn III with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Samford University Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found Joey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Joey!)
• Engaged in conduct tending to pollute the administration of justice
• Violated financial recordkeeping rules

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary 9-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2018) Joey practices at 3842 Leeds Avenue in North Charleston, South Carolina.
