Attorney James Donaldson of British Columbia; ethical troll

The Law Society of British Columbia presented James Stuart Gordon Donaldson with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of Victoria Law School.

The Law Society of Saskatchewan found Jimmy of the following misconduct.

• Collected over $26,000 on behalf of clients but failed to remit the funds to his clients
• Admitted to using over $10,000 owing to clients to pay employee salaries and expenses
• Improperly paid himself fees in 13 client matters before he completed working for the clients

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society of Saskatchewan punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
