Attorney James Price of Knoxville; ethical goblin

The state of Tennessee presented James Henry Price with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. May 2018), Jimmy practices at 249 Peters Road in Knoxville, Tennessee.
