Attorney Marti Kaufman of Memphis; scofflaw

The state of Tennessee presented Marti Lee Kaufman with a law license in 1985 after she graduated from the University of Memphis Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Marti guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Marti by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. August 2018), Marti practices at 5050 Poplar Avenue in Memphis, Tennessee.
