Wayne Suojanen was presented with a law license in 12997 by the California Supreme Court.
In the recent past, the California State Bar found Wayne guilty of the following misconduct:
As could be expected, Wayne was never criminally charged
 for bouncing checks, which only further proves that Attorney Misfits are held to a much lower standard of conduct than we are. Additionally, he was never criminally charged with practicing law without a license.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Wayne by gifting him with a 60-day suspension.
I would suggest that if ya live anywhere around Aliso Viejo, which is about 50 miles south of Los Angeles that ya might want to avoid employing the likes of Wayne Suojanen if you’re looking for legal representation.
