Ohio State Rep. Ron Hood: Today’s “Lunatic” Award Winner

In November 2012, Ronnie succeeded in duping the voters in the greater Ashville area into electing her as a member of the Ohio House of Representatives.

In March 2018, Ronnie was a co-sponsor of an asinine anti-abortion bill that would ban all abortions throughout the state of Ohio.

Under Ronnie’s unconstitutional legislation, an “unborn human” is defined as a person under Ohio’s criminal code.

The absurd legislation would allow criminal charges to be brought against a woman who tries to take the life of her unborn child. It would allow a prosecutor to file murder charges against the woman and the doctor performing the abortion with sentences ranging from life imprisonment to the death sentence.

Calling a woman having an abortion and her doctor murders and subject to the death penalty only proves that Ronnie and his fellow comrades are Raging Lunatics who obviously qualify for internment in a mental institution.

As my late father said about abortion, “If I didn’t impregnate the woman, it isn’t any of my damn business.” Maybe Ronnie should follow this sage advice and keep his trap shut.

And lastly, if Ronnie’s Mom would have opted for an abortion in June 1968 we wouldn’t have to be witness to his loony unconstitutional legislation.

As we speak (April 2018), Ronnie continues to sit as a member of the Ohio House of Representatives.
