Attorney Lisa Bassis of Los Angeles, CA; lying loser

The state of California presented Lisa Michelle Bassis with a law license in 1979 after she graduated from the University of California Hastings Law School.

The California State Bar Court found Lisa guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to timely file action in federal count on client’s behalf
• Negligent in representation of client
• Made false statement as to a material fact (lied)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Lisa by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of her law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the California Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Lisa.
