The state of Connecticut presented Anita Flanigan Steenson with a law license in 1996.

The Statewide Greivance Committee found Anita guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Anita improperly represented a client when there was a significant risk that the representation of one or more clients would  be materially limited by Anita’s responsibilities to another client, a former client or a third person or by her own personal interest.

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Greivance Committee punished Anita by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2018), Anita practices with the Connecticut Law Group LLC at 9 Lafayette Street in Milford, Connecticut.
