Attorney Peter J. Antosh of Dodge City, KS; convict, Dufus

The Kansas Supreme Court presented Peter Antosh with a law license in 2003.

In 2007 the Kansas Board for Discipline of Attorneys found Dave guilty of the following misconduct:
  1. Engaging in a conflict of interest
  2. Misconduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  3. Criminal conduct reflecting adversely on fitness as lawyer
In regards to the conflict of interest finding, Pete the Dufus was representing both spouses in a domestic violence case. Apparently, Pete’s intellect is insufficient to allow him to comprehend what the term “conflict of interest” actually means.

Peter admitted that he committed criminal acts–specifically, assault of a police officer, disorderly conduct and obstruction of justice.  These multiple criminal acts took place while Pete was boozing-it-up at a local watering hole.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kansas Supreme Court punished Pete the Loser by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. Dec 2011) Peter the Loser practices law at 1401 Central Avenue in Dodge City.
