Attorney Allen Angst of Abilene, KS; bilks client, convict

Allen Angst was presented with a law license by the Kansas Supreme Court in 1982.

In 2003 the Kansas Board for Discipline of Attorneys found Dave guilty of the following misconduct:
  1. Charging an unreasonable fee (cheating)
  2. Refusing to return unearned fees
  3. Engaging in misconduct involving fraud, dishonesty, deceit or misrepresentation
  4. Intentional dishonesty in billing client
In an effort to forever cement his status as being bereft of any ethics, when Allen’s client demanded that he provide an itemized accounting of how much time he spent on her case, Allen the Leper-con refused to so “unless she agreed he could bill her for his efforts.”

Not satisfied screwing his client by charging her an unreasonable fee, Allen the Louse then has the gall to demand that she pay him an hourly rate to prove his fees weren’t fabricated.

In addition to the above misconduct, Allen was found guilty of domestic battery, which is of course a criminal offense in Kansas.

As a consequence of his egregious misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kansas Supreme Court punished Allen by gifting him with a censure.

As we speak (ca. Dec 2011) Alan Angst practices his brand of law at 325 N. Broadway in Abilene.
