Attorney Richard Sullivan of Irvine, CA; scamming loser

The state of California presented Richard Paul Sullivan with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Western State University College of Law.

In one matter, a panel of the Fourth District Curt of Appeal sanctioned Dick and his client in the amount of $5,000, payable to the client’s ex-husband, and to the court for the costs of processing the appeal, also in the amount of $5,000, for filing and pursing a frivolous (BS) appeal. (Metropolitan News)

The rules of the California State Bar Court require Dick to report the monetary sanctions imposed against him by the Court of Appeal. When and if he does that, the Bar Court will determine what if any punishment should be meted out to Dick for his frivolous conduct.

In all likelihood, the most severe punishment that Dick will receive would be a complimentary reproval.

As we speak (ca. November 2018), Dick practices with Sullivan Law & Associates at 1920 Main Street in Irvine, California.
