Attorney Michael Ahearn of Wilton Manors, FL; ethical troll

The state of Florida provided Michael G. Ahearn with a law license in 1997 after she graduated from St. Thomas University Law School.

In one matter, Mikey was personally involved as an unpaid political consultant and gopher for former Circuit Court Judge Claudia Robinson of Hollywood.

There is no dispute that Mikey received nearly 250 appointments as a default mediator while Judge Robinson was on the bench. In fact, Mikey received 80% of the default mediator appointments meted out by Judge Robinson.

For additional information regarding Judge Claudia Robinson, visit the URL at the end of this article.

At the time that Judge Robinson was forced to resign or face suspension from the bench, there is no indication that the Florida State Bar has taken any action against Mikey for the role he played in pocketing hundreds of thousands of dollars in unjustified and/or questionable attorney fees.

All that’s left now is to see what if anything the State Bar does in filing ethics charges against Mikey.

As we speak (ca. March 2018), Mikey practices at 2850 North Andrews Avenue in Wilton Manors, Florida.
