Attorney Michael Petela of New Haven, CT; Dumbo, slacker

The state of Connecticut presented Michael Thomas Petela with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from Quinnipiac University Law School.

The Statewide Greivance Committee found Mikey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Mikey!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Greivance Committee punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2018), Mikey practices with The Hayber Law Firm LLC at 900 Chapel Street in New Haven, Connecticut.
