The state of Ohio presented William Francis Perry with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from Cleveland State University Law School.

The Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association found Billy guilty of the following conduct.

• Knowingly made a false statement of material fact
• Lied to ethics investigators (Screw you, said Billy!)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to comply with client information requests

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Billy by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. (March 2018), Billy practices at 1991 Crocker Road in Westlake, Ohio which is a suburb of Cleveland.
