Attorney Kenneth Lewis of Cleveland; convict, repeat offender

The state of Ohio presented Kenneth James Lewis with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from Case Western University Law School.

The Lorain County Bar Association found Kenny guilty of the following conduct.

Kenny’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Forged judge’s signature on previously time-stamped entry

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

Because Attorney Misfits in Ohio are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Kenny was never criminally charged with forgery or fraud.

  • Lied to police that a black man was driving his car when the accident occurred

  • Arrested and charged with obstruction of official business re: lying to police officers
  • Found guilty of obstructing official business
  • Found guilty of driving under the influence (DUI)
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Acted with a selfish and dishonest motive

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.
