The state of Ohio presented Jennifer Ellen Wintner with a law license in 1994 after she graduated from Boston College Law School.

The Clevleand Metropolitan Bar Association found Jenny guilty of the following conduct.

• Failed to respond to client emails
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Failed to advise client she wasn’t covered by malpractice insurance
• Failed to inform client of the nature and scope of the representation
• Failed to inform client of basis of her fee rate and expenses that the client would be personally responsible for

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Jenny by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.
