Attorney Anthony Sullivan of Dayton, OH; deceitful slacker

The state of Ohio presented Anthony William Sullivan with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the University of Dayton Law School.

The Dayton Bar Association found Tony guilty of the following conduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in a pattern of misrepresentation and delay
• Failed to advise client he wasn’t covered by malpractice insurance
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Tony!)
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to comply with client information requests

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Tony by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.
