Attorney John Moore Jr. of Columbus, OH; thieving perjurer

The state of Ohio presented John David Moore Jr. with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from Capitol University Law School.

The Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Johnny guilty of the following conduct.

  • Failed to properly register with Office of Attorney Services
  • Found in contempt of court for making repeated unacceptable excuses re: fiduciary duties as a guardian in a probate matter
  • Failed to file final accounting in a probate matter
  • Failed to comply with subpoena personally served on him
  • Slapped with $25,370 personal judgment by trial court
  • Refused to pay court ordered $25,370 judgment to Liberty Mutual Ins.
  • Made false statements to ethics investigators (Screw you, said Johnny!)
  • Filed false (perjury) affidavit with probate court
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Faile

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Bobby by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.

Because Attorney Misfits in Ohio are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Johnny was never criminally charged with fraud, grand theft or perjury.

As we speak (ca. (March 2018), Johnny practices with the Law Offices of J.D. Moore Jr. at 2153 Cleveland Avenue in Columbus, Ohio.
