Attorney Thomas Holmes of Hudson, OH; ethical goblin

The state of Ohio presented Thomas Charles Holmes with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from Case Western University Law School.

The Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Tommy guilty of the following conduct.

• Divulged client confidences
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
• On numerous occasions, Tommy exchanged information with his girlfriend attorney that included identity of clients, work product, and privileged information

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Tommy by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. (May 2018), Tommy practices with Day Ketterer at 581 Boston Mills Road in Hudson, Ohio.
