The state of Ohio presented James Emmett Sherron with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from the University of Dayton Law School.

The Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Jimmy guilty of the following conduct, all of which took place while he was attempting to dupe the voters into electing him as Youngstown Municipal Court Judge.

• Falsely advertised he was licensed to practice in all federal courts
• Falsely identified himself as a current Middletown Municipal Court judge in two different versions of campaign fundraisers
• Posted false facts on his campaign website as to his qualifications and experience
• Included false statements in campaign material with reckless disregard as to its truth or falsity

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary $500 fine.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Lyin Jimmy.
