Attorney Matthew LeFande of Arlington, VA; contemptuous loser

The District of Columbia presented Matthew LeFande with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from George Mason University Law School.

A magistrate judge found Matty guilty of the following conduct.

• Found in criminal contempt by magistrate judge
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Refused to appear to have his deposition taken
• Knowingly failed to abide by a court order
• Contemptuous conduct both calculated and willfull

Despite being found in criminal contempt, the enablers for Attorney Misfits at the Office of Disciplinary Counsel decided to take no action against Matty for his contemptuous conduct.
