Attorney Mordechai Breier of North Miami Beach; ethical gremlin

The state of Florida presented Mordechai L. Breier with a law license in 2011 after he graduated from Nova Southeastern University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Mordechai guilty of the following conduct.

• Had overdrawn balances in 17 client ledger cards
• Improperly shared legal fees with non-lawyers
• Failed to comply with trust account procedures/rules

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Mordechai by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license and ordered to pay $6,900 in costs.

As we speak (ca. (June 2018), Mordechai practices with the Consumer Law Office PA at 633 NE 167^th Street in North Miami Beach, Florida.
