Attorney James MacAdam of Freeport, ME; ethical goblin

The state of Maine presented James J. MacAdam with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from Northeastern University Law School. Amy received a law license from Massachusetts.

The Panel B of the Grievance Commission of the Maine Board of Bar Overseers found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct unworthy of an attorney (What’s new?)
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Neglected a client’s legal matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maine Supreme Judicial Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary warning.

As we speak (ca. September 2018) Jimmy practices with MacAdam Jury PA at 45 Mallett Drive in Freeport, Maine.
