Attorney Lewis Blanche of Baton Rouge, LA; convicted drug felon

The state of Louisiana presented Lewis Burdette Blanche with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from Louisiana State University (LSU) Law School.

The Louisiana Disciplinary Board found Louie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Pled guilty to three (3) felony drug offenses 2010 cocaine
  • Convicted of driving under the influence (DUI)
  • Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
  • Failed to communicate with client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Louie gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2018) Louie practices at 3044 Belmont Avenue in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
