Attorney Alfredo Johannes of Bronx, NY; thief, serial offender

The state of New York presented Alfredo A. Johannes with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the Brooklyn Law School.

The 1^st Department Disciplinary Board found Alfie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected two client matters
• Failed to return unearned fee (thief)
• Misused his attorney escrow account
• Engaged in repeated negligent conduct

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Alfie’s first bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received four (4) complimentary admonitions for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Department Disciplinary Board punished Alfie by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2018), Alfie practices at 955 Walton Avenue in Bronx, New York.
