Attorney Gerald Eppner Westwood, NJ; convicted tax cheat

The state of New York presented Gerald A. Eppner with a law license in 1967 after he graduated from George Washington University Law School.

The 1^st Department Disciplinary Board found Gerry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Pled guilty to 2 counts of failing to file NY income tax returns
• Failed to file federal tax returns for 3 separate years

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Department Disciplinary Board punished Gerry by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2018), Gerry practices at 7115 Cenrose Circle in Westwood, New Jersey.
