Attorney Albert Pirro Jr. of White Plains, NY; serial convicted tax felon

The state of New York presented Albert J. Pirro Jr. with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from the Albany Law School.

The 1^st Department Disciplinary Board found Albert guilty of the following misconduct.

• Convicted of crime of conspiracy
• Convicted of 29 counts of tax fraud, federal felonies
• Convicted of 4 counts of tax evasion, federal felonies
• Sentenced to 29 months in prison 

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Department Disciplinary Board punished Albert by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As one would suspect, Albert fails to disclose that he was convicted of 33 felonies on his self-serving website at www.pirrogroup.com. Apparently, Albert decided to conceal this highly relevant information from prospective clients so as to not limit his future victim pool. 

As we speak (ca. February 2018), Albert practices with the Pirro Group LLP at 1 North Lexington Avenue in White Plains, New York.
