Attorney William LeLiever of Sanford, NC; lying loser

The state of North Carolina presented William Andrew LeLiever with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from Appalachian University Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Neglected client’s personal injury case
  • Failed to timely inform client of opposing party’s settlement offer
  • Due to gross negligence, his client’s case was dismissed
  • Failed to inform client his case was dismissed
  • Falsely represented to client his case was still pending

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Pedro by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year stayed suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Disciplinary Committee didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Pedro

As we speak (ca. January 2019) Pedro practices with the Krompeher Law Firm PLLC in Raleigh, North Carolina.
