Attorney Russell Bowling of Franklin, NC; ethical elf

The state of North Carolina presented Russell R. Bowling with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from the University of North Carolina Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Russ guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to promptly disburse funds he collected for payment of cleint medical liens
• Made loan to client w/o advising him in writing desirability to seek advice from another attorney

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Jamal gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2018) Jamal practices with Webb, Webb & Summey in Scotland Neck, North Carolina.
