Attorney Clegg Mabry Jr. of Albemarle, NC; ethical troll

The state of North Carolina presented Clegg Wayne Mabry Jr. with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from Wake Forest University Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Clegg guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to promptly disburse to clients funds they were entitled too
• Disbursed more funds from trust account behalf of clients than the balance of funds maintained in trust for such clients
• Failed to escheat unidentified/abandoned funds as required by statute

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Jamal gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2018) Jamal practices with Webb, Webb & Summey in Scotland Neck, North Carolina.
