Attorney Jo Ann DeJournette of Thurmond, NC; Dumbo, slacker

The state of North Carolina presented Jo Ann DeJournette with a law license in 1996 after she graduated from Wake Forest University Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Jo Ann guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Jo Ann gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2018) Rudy practices at 225 Valley River Avenue in Murphy, North Carolina.
