Attorney Frederick Owens of Wilmington, NC; thieving loser

The state of North Carolina presented Frederick J. Owens with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Freddy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Collected an illegal fee (thief)
• Violated numerous trust accounting rules
• Made false statements to ethics investigators (Up yours, said Freddy!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Freddy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2018) Freddy practices with the Law Office of Fred Owens PC at 206 North 4^th Street in Wilmington, North Carolina.
