Attorney Reginald McDaniel of Birmingham, AL; ethical goblin 

The state of Alabama presented Reginald Daryl McDaniel with law license in 2002 after he graduated from Miles College Law School.

The Alabama State Bar Association Reggie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
• Violated or attempted to violate rules of conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
• Engaged in improper representation of a client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Reggie by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 60-day suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Reggie.
