Attorney Ayn Traylor-Sadberry of Fairfield, AL; slacker, loser

The state of Alabama presented Ayn Traylor-Sadberry law license in 1977 after she graduated from Howard University Law School.

The Alabama State Bar Association Ayn guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Violated or attempted to violate rules of conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
• Failed to promptly deposit client funds in client trust account
• Lied to client that she had mailed funds owing to client
• Failed to respond to numerous client phone calls
• Did not disburse funds owning to client until client filed ethics complaint

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Ayn by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 3-year suspension of her law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Ayn
